New Scientific Advisor of Ocean Certain!
Ocean Certain is proud to welcome its newest member of the Scientific Advisory Board, Louis Legendre – from Laboratoire d’Océanographie de Villefranche in France.
We are honored and humbled that such a distinguished member of the scientific community sees the benefit of being part of our project consortium, and we welcome him wholeheartedly into our group.
The majority of us first met Legendre when he presented his work to us during the Consilience meeting in Bergen in June. His presentation was entitled “Microbial carbon pump and DOC: responses to environmental drivers and climate change”. The presentation evoked a lot of comments and many of our senior researchers were very eager to get to know Professor Legendre better.
