This conference represents over 100 countries, and has more than 6,500 members worldwide. It is the most respected and widely known scholarly association in this field.
The Environmental Studies Section of the ISA seeks a better understanding of feedbacks between human and natural systems within global, regional, and national contexts. It is within this section that two papers from Ocean Certain have been accepted.
Rachel Tiller will present results from the Ocean Certain workshop in a presentation entitled: “Ocean Futures: Exploring stakeholders´ perceptions of adaptive capacity to changing marine environments” on Thursday, February 23, 1:45 PM – 3:30 PM.
Jennifer Bailey will present an article entitled “From physics to fish to fishers to fisheries” with co-authors from CEFAS on Wednesday, February 22, 4:00 PM – 5:45 PM.
